Philippe Bruot, the passionate owner of the distillery, began exploring the secrets of distillation from a young age. In 2016, he set himself the challenge of becoming the first rum producer in New Caledonia, offering a range crafted from fresh, responsibly grown products. Since December 2020, the distillery has also produced the first Caledonian whisky, marking a significant milestone in its ongoing innovation.
