At Wé, a snack bar-restaurant with original daily specialities: couscous, tajine, colombo.
The snack bar-restaurant is located in Wé's centre, where, at one time, locals used to "purify" the Napoleon fish (« finemen » in the local language). Once adequately prepared, the fish was offered to the Gaïca high chief. Finemen features a fast-food menu, with croque-monsieur, hamburgers, paninis (and pizzas in the evening), as well as an original daily special, such as fish in vanilla sauce, couscous, tajine and other specialities (rougail, curry, colombo), which reflect the Caribbean origins of the manager and chef.
Islands cuisine, international cuisine, fresh local produce, daily set menu, pizzas, hamburgers, toasted ham and cheese sandwiches, lasagne, etc.
