The racecourse was used from 1975 to 1984, it is flat and has a natural grass floor.

The Banu de La Foa racecourse (New Caledonia) has a technical tower as well as an official stand.
A covered grandstand accommodates the public (1,000 people) and the bookmakers. Its grass track measures 1,400 m with a slight decline. It’s run on the right hand. The horses are housed in wooden stalls and boxes.
