In the heart of Kô’s salt marshes in Poum, indulge in a natural wellness break with a mineral-rich mud bath, set between the sea and mangroves.

Located in the far north of the Grande Terre, Kô’s salt marshes offer an exceptional setting to experience the benefits of mud bathing. Rich in minerals, this natural mud softens and exfoliates the skin while providing a moment of pure relaxation in nature. Surrounded by pristine landscapes of salt pans, mangroves, and views over the UNESCO World Heritage-listed lagoon, the site is also a place of traditional salt harvesting.

From the "Case à Sel", the salt marshes and mud baths can be reached in 30–40 minutes via the ridge trail, or in 15–20 minutes along the seaside. Picnic tables are available by the shore.
