Since 2000, chef chocolatier Patrick Morand (originally from Normandy) and pastry chef Ludovic Panier have been perfecting their shared passion in their workshop/outlet in the Moana Center in the Latin quarter. You can watch them at work through their laboratory window.

- chocolates, including aromatic ganaches, flavoured pralines, orangettes and chocolate-coated brandy cherries; * house-made pastries crafted with raw ingredients;
- house-made macarons in a variety of unusual flavours;

- confectionery: house-made marshmallows, fruit jellies, preserves and spreads;
