“Originally called Cap Agro, Pacific Food Lab has been working since 2014 to develop synergies between players in the agrifood sector (canteens, restaurants, farms, factory farms, fisheries, aquafarms, institutions, etc.) with the aim of structuring and strengthening the economic component of New Caledonia's food system. It’s a model that requires businesses and individuals to develop new ways of using our local produce, now more than ever.” - Pacific Food Lab
