A friendly restaurant available to hotel guests and external customers, by reservation only. With themed evenings on Wednesdays (see our Facebook page).

Dinner is served as a single set menu with a starter, a main course and a dessert. The cuisine combines different New Caledonian influences and offers dishes ranging from the typically “Frenchy” to traditional local preparations, including North African tagines.
The table d’hôtes approach makes it possible to reconcile the use of fresh products with carefully prepared and generously served cuisine at reasonable prices. It makes Bétikuré Parc Lodge feel all the more convivial - indeed, the word “Bétikuré”, taken from a local language, means “to share a pot of food”.
