This well-known Noumean institution was revamped in 2020 and now welcomes you 7 days a week to its lagoon blue dining room overlooking the harbour.

Looking out onto the boats of Port Moselle marina, Le Bout du Monde is a Noumean institution established over 22 years ago! Completely renovated in 2020, the restaurant now has a tasteful decor reflecting its lagoon surroundings. Open from 7 am to 11 pm every day with food served from 7 am to 10 pm, it’s the perfect spot for a coffee after visiting Moselle Market, a lunch with friends or colleagues, a drink after work or a romantic dinner date.
As well as its idyllic setting, Le Bout du Monde has an oyster bar where you can enjoy oysters with a glass of white at any time, and a bakery selling bread and pizzas. There are private rooms on the first floor which you can book for receptions, cocktail parties and other events. The private rooftop terrace with its stunning view of Moselle Bay will ensure any event is a success. Live concerts are regularly held there. On a practical note, there are a number of free parking spaces just behind the restaurant.

The restaurant is classed as an eco-friendly business by the New Caledonia Chamber of Commerce & Industry.
